Bridget Puchalsky :

I began my journey over thirty years ago as a dancer and adventure athlete. Yoga found me in 2001 when backache from these endeavors left me searching for relief. Blessed with amazing mentors in the traditions of Asthanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Hatha, I began teaching in the Colorado Mountains in 2007.

As a complement to the yogic practices I became an Ayurvedic Practitioner and apply the principles of Ayurveda to each yoga class. My current endeavors include pursuing a Master’s in Classical Chinese Medicine at Five Branches University and a 500 hour yoga training at Mount Madonna Center.

My intention is to mindfully guide yoga classes in the reintegration of body, mind and breath to promote the health and happiness of students. I enjoy challenging students to bring their practice to new levels both on and off their mats. During my “down-time” I enjoy surfing, skiing, biking, hiking and organic eating.
