For me, Yoga is the journey into self-awareness: melding a combination of strength, freedom, mindfulness, and connection. I began my practice in 2006 and embraced many forms and styles, but I eventually gravitated towards Vinyasa Flow. In 2014, my life provided me with the opportunity to take my practice to the next level and embark on my teaching journey – though Zuda Yoga, I attained my 200 hour RYT Yoga Alliance certification. My intention as a teacher is to create a safe space for students to awaken, explore, and create presence through the synchronization of breath and movement.
