Ana Graziosi :

Ana first began yoga at 16years old. She has done advanced teacher trainings and meditation courses that have proved to be very helpful for anxiety and fitness. Ana is kind and caring and enjoys making her students feel happy and comfortable in class. She focuses students on taking their gaze inward to check in and see where they are at, to then set goals for themselves. Ana enjoys to work together to chip away at goals and watch the magic of how our work on the mat translates into benefiting our lives off the mat too. Come explore!
