Michelle Grambeau :

I was first introduced to the practice of yoga in 2006 while playing collegiate soccer in Texas. At this time of intense training, travel and competition my body had accumulated a fair few sport-related injuries. My yoga practice became the place where I could repeatedly return to find the precise movements and stillness of mind needed to maintain a pain-free and vibrant life.

Attending trainings both in Bali and San Francisco, my teaching style has been influenced by the schools of Anusara, Iyengar, and Vinyasa. I am currently a student of Yin Yoga and am completing coursework in Energy Medicine and Mindfulness. In addition, I am founder and director of World Wide Well, a company that offers onsite collaborative wellness coaching for organizations.
