DESCRIPTION:
The subconscious mind is the most powerful tool when it comes to making meaningful change in our lives. This is where our deepest beliefs, wisdom, intuition, creativity, and patterns live, and it makes up 95-98% of the mind! When we make change at the subconscious level, it ripples out into the rest of our lives and we get to witness our reality transform around us. Using imagery, metaphor, guided relaxation, and visualization, we can communicate directly to the subconscious mind to move beyond limiting beliefs, heal old narratives, and rewire your brain in service of helping you embody the person you truly are, and the life you want to live. Hypnosis offers a pathway to rapid yet gentle change, and helps us remember that we are in the driver’s seat of our lives.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each month we’ll focus on a specific theme to weave into the subconscious mind in service of your growth, healing, and evolution. You can expect to leave each session feeling expanded, relaxed, and reminded of your power.
GATHERINGS INCLUDE:
-
Journaling and self-reflection on the topic
-
Group hypnosis journey co-created with the group
-
Discussion and reflection
-
Turning it into action and leaning into the shift
HYPNOSIS FAQs
What is it?
Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness when the critical mind is not in the driver’s seat, and we have easier access to the power of your unconscious mind. The unconscious makes up 95-98% of the mind. This is where your beliefs, wisdom, intuition, earliest programming, and creativity live. Through hypnosis, we can tap into the beautiful depths of your unconscious mind to move through blocks, rewrite narratives, and rewire your brain to help you live in alignment with your authenticity.
How does it work?
The brain doesn’t really know what’s real and what’s imagined. It’s why when you watch a scary movie, you’re scared even though you know it’s not real. Through hypnosis, we can show the subconscious mind a new movie, story, or scenario that’s in alignment with what you want. We can speak the language of the subconscious — emotions, imagery, and experience — and heal whatever is holding you back. Along the way, we are also rewiring your brain by connecting new neural pathways that, through repetition, will get stronger until they become your new default.
Is it safe?
YES. A state of hypnosis is completely natural, and you can’t get stuck. It’s like the moment right before you wake up and fall asleep — awake but a little dreamy. You are in control the entire time and can never do anything that you don’t want to. Think of it as guided relaxation and visualization.
Can anyone be hypnotized?
Anyone can be hypnotized as long as you want to. While some people have an easier time dropping in than others, everyone is able to experience the benefits. Your conscious mind might still produce thought, and that’s ok! Everyone’s experience is different, but Kelsey suggests giving yourself permission to relax and let your imagination take over.
What are Kelsey’s qualifications?
Kelsey is a certified Theta Hypnosis Healer, Integrative Hypnotist, and Life Coach. She is not a licensed mental health counselor.

Touching Water and the Moon: Sacred Movement and Energy Healing (theme will change month to month)
This unique class integrates movement and energy healing to create a deep, embodied experience of your physical and energetic anatomy. We’ll begin with mindful movement designed to prepare the body and mind, cultivating awareness and attention to both your physical body and energy body. Through this practice, you’ll tune into the subtle sensations that connect us to our unique energetic movements, allowing for a soft and present state for energy healing.
In the energy healing portion, we’ll gently explore our energy anatomy and flow—building awareness of how to nourish, release, and work with our energy body to enhance and inform our human experience.
Join us for a transformative journey into the wisdom of movement and energy healing.
December Theme:
Emotion >> Intuition >> Vision
Emotions are expressed through the body and nervous system. When we deepen our relationship with our feelings and sensory experiences, we open up our capacity to listen internally and develop our intuition.
Our intuition can then guide us toward our visions. As we name our dreams and explore what excites us to create, work, and connect, we plant the seeds for the life and world we want to live in.
Inspired by the alchemy of, “Pain pushes you until vision pulls you.” – Michael Beckwith
A session of gentle movement to heighten your awareness and sensory experience, followed by energy awareness and healing.
Instructor Bio:
Padma Borrego is a yoga and movement therapist, advanced bodyworker in Structural Integration, and Energy Awareness facilitator with over 25 years of experience. She is passionate about guiding individuals to deepen their connection with their bodies, find relief from pain and chronic symptoms, and rediscover the wisdom within. Through her work, Padma helps people experience greater freedom of movement and vitality, while becoming more in tune with their intuition and inner yes’s and no’s. Drawing from her own transformative journey, she empowers her clients to live in alignment with their body’s innate intelligence.

Rewire & Restore: Somatic Healing for Stress & Well Being Monthly Circle w/Alisha Slaughter – December 10th

INSTRUCTOR: Alisha Slaughter
DATES: Tuesdays Monthly

December 10th
TIME: 7:15pm – 8:30pm
LOCATION: 3603 Portola Drive – Dance Studio
COST: $22 Drop In | Passes & memberships apply
DESCRIPTION:
Rewire and Restore: Somatic Healing for Stress and Well-being
It’s time to step out of your head and drop deeply into your body. True health begins with a balanced nervous system. Many of us are stuck in a constant state of stress, living in “fight or flight” mode. In this monthly circle, you’ll learn how to help your body shift from fight or flight into a state of safety, flow, and vitality.
Somatic healing is a body-centered approach that reprograms how your body responds to stress and trauma. Unlike talk therapy, which focuses on the mind, somatic healing acknowledges that you can’t always think your way out of a feeling. The body holds onto stress and unresolved emotions, and through somatic practices, you can release these blocks, regulate your nervous system, and create lasting change. Grounded in Polyvagal Theory, this offering will help you understand how your autonomic nervous system influences your health, and teach you somatic practices to shift from a state of stress or shutdown to one of safety, connection, and well-being. This work helps you rewire your body’s responses, leading to a greater sense of calm, balance, and presence.
Join Alisha Slaughter for a transformative experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and cultivate deep mind-body healing. Each month, she’ll introduce a new somatic healing technique to empower you to live more fully in your body. These practices will guide you to tap into your body’s inherent wisdom, helping you trust and listen to your inner guidance.
This class is for anyone who:
-
Feels stressed, overwhelmed, or trapped in a constant state of fight-or-flight
-
Aims to heal from chronic stress and reconnect with their body on a deeper level
-
Seeks to enhance balance, vitality, and overall well-being through somatic practices
-
Desires to integrate somatic healing into their daily yoga or wellness routine
-
Is curious about how somatic healing and nervous system regulation can transform their health
-
Longs for a supportive and nurturing space dedicated to holistic well-being
-
Each session blends the science and practical applications of nervous system regulation, providing tools that support lasting health and well-being.
-
Stop searching outside yourself for answers. Tune into the truth within and experience the power of somatic healing in a supportive and connected community.

Right in the heart of the Luberon, one of Provence’s most sought after areas, and next to the beautiful medieval village of Gordes.
Drink in nature’s masterpiece while nourishing yourself with delicious Provencal food during the farmers annual harvest of sun soaked, bountiful, and flavorsome summer produce when flavor is at its peak and literally wafting in the Air.
