Jesira Jorn :

Jesira is a Childhood Educator and Nutritionist from the south of Germany. She started her Yoga practice in 2013 to manage the back pain that has been caused by weak muscles after years of poor lifestyle choices. She felt the physical benefits right away and decided to stick to a regular practice. Only when she moved to California im 2017 she could feel the peace and growth that came along with it. The inside work shifted her whole perspective and she decided to dive deeper into the Yoga world. After completing her 200hr training with Michelle Young and Christine Anderson in 2020, she has been certified as a Vinyasa, Trauma informed and Prenatal Yoga Instructor. Jesira continues to learn and deepen her practice every day and loves to share her passion with other people.
She teaches powerful, alignment based Vinyasa classes with a strong connection to the breath.
